01
Specification customization
Manogauge can customize dial face design and logo printing, pressure range, wetted material, connection thread, case material, window type, fill fluid and packaging. Non-standard ranges, dual-scale dials and special case finishes are reviewed case by case. Send your full specification or drawing for a feasibility review before committing to an order. Minimum quantities for custom artwork typically start at 100 units per model; standard configurations are available from smaller quantities.
02
OEM branding and documentation
OEM orders can include calibration certificates, dimensional inspection reports, hydrostatic test records and material certificates. KS and EN837-1 related documents are confirmed by applicable model and destination market. Pre-production samples with your brand artwork are supplied before full production. Private-label packaging and consignment stock arrangements are available for established OEM buyers with defined volume agreements.
03
Who uses this service
Custom and OEM gauge orders come from HVAC OEMs, compressor and hydraulic equipment manufacturers, fire protection integrators, industrial skid assemblers and distributors who need branded instruments with consistent quality and export-ready paperwork.
04
Lead time and tooling
Standard custom configurations using existing tooling are typically ready in 2–4 weeks. Projects requiring new dial artwork or modified sub-assemblies add 1–2 weeks for artwork proof approval and pre-production sample sign-off. MOQ for private-label dial printing starts at 100 units per model; non-branded custom configurations can be lower. Confirm your timeline in the RFQ so engineering can flag any lead-time constraints before committing.
05
Pre-production samples and quality sign-off
Manogauge offers pre-production samples — also called golden samples or approval samples — for custom and OEM projects. The sample is manufactured to the agreed specification so the buyer can confirm fit, finish, dial artwork, units and pointer alignment before full production begins. Sample cost is quoted separately and is typically credited against the first production order. Inspection records and calibration certificates accompany every sample shipment.
06
Custom pressure gauge selection variables
Before quoting a custom pressure gauge, confirm whether the buyer needs a dry Bourdon tube gauge, liquid-filled vibration-resistant gauge, diaphragm seal assembly, stainless steel wetted parts, oxygen-clean service, vacuum range or dual-scale dial. The final drawing should state normal pressure, maximum pressure, process medium, temperature, accuracy class, case size, thread standard, mounting orientation and required certificates.
